‘I enjoy my Power Plate sessions and see a real difference
in my body shape and core strength. Trying the cellulite busting

and skin

Never having been able to wear boots that zip up as my calves

I originally bought a Block of 10 sessions and used
4 sessions before finding out I was pregnant. I planned to use
the remaining
6 once
I had my baby to get back in shape.
When Alfie was 4 months old,
I decided it was time to get back into some kind of fitness and
use my remaining Power Plate sessions.
After my first session back
in the studio, Helen approached me and asked if I would like to
take part in a newly developed Power
Plate
Post Natal programme. This programme was specifically targeted
at new mums like me who wanted to get their old shape back after
having
their baby.
I used to go to a gym and had thought about joining
one again after my son was born. This was problematic as a gym
is not
a safe environment
for a newborn and I would not be able to take him with me.
I would have had arrange childcare and try to fit in my training
sessions
between feeding and changing the naps. The solution was simple.
By going to a studioEH1’s Power Plate sessions twice
a week, with each session lasting only 25minutes, I could
bring Alfie with
me
and sit him beside the Plate in his car seat. Problem Solved!
Within
a short space of time, I began to feel the difference in
my body. I felt stronger, more energised and after 6 weeks
of sessions,
I have lost all of my baby weight. I’ve lost 1.5cm
off my hips, 3cm off my thighs and an incredible 5.5cm off
my waist!
I
am now
back into clothes that fitted me before being pregnant, but
most importantly, I feel like my old self again.
Power Plate
is tough but with a bit of hard work, the results are noticeable
very quickly. This gives you the incentive
to keep going.

Following a move to Edinburgh
from Stornoway which meant a complete change of lifestyle, my
weight crept up. It was only when I began
to buy a size 16 in clothes that I knew something had to change.
Before moving to Edinburgh I had been eating sensibly and running
up to
four times a week. Not continuing with this regime had clearly
had an impact.
I tried various gyms and didn’t seem to find one that I liked,
similarly with fitness classes. At that point I met Helen and discovered
Power Plate® and studioEH1. I was hooked from the first time
I tried it and now do up to three sessions a week!
I can honestly
say that it was the quick results which gave me the motivation
I needed to start running again. I find that both
disciplines

leading actresses – Siobhan Redmond, a fan of Power Plate®,
trains regularly at the city centre studio in London.
Siobhan was up in Edinburgh starring in Bernarda Alba at Edinburgh’s
King’s Theatre and was using her sessions to help her prepare
for the demanding role.

After getting engaged, I had realised that after two years of living
with my partner my weight had crept up by a stone. The incentive
