Through our passion for squash and our infectious friendship with
Peter Nicol and his life partner Jessica Winstanley, we started
up studioEH1 in Jan 2008.
Peter is a former World Squash Champion,
ranked No1 in the world for 60 months with an unbroken 12 years
amongst the top 10, and
he an Jessica together formed The
Lifestyle Institute Power Plate® studio
in London based on their belief in the wonders of this amazing
piece of technology.
As the Scottish Academy for Power Plate® UK,
we are constantly looking to develop new Programmes, to break down
the misconceptions and
the barriers that surround Power Plate®, and ultimately to work
with sports
professionals and practitioners from all different disciplines.
