You will have noticed that the top professional golfers have realised that physical fitness, strength and flexibility is a must to succeed in the modern game.

 

Power Plate® is the perfect vehicle to target all the appropriate golf specific muscles whilst ensuring that flexibility is not diminished in any way. Strength and flexibility is the perfect combination for a relaxed powerful golf swing. Our Power Plate® Golf Programme is specifically designed to help you achieve this.

studioEH1’s Golf Programme will focus on 6 key elements:

  • Movement preparation

  • Co-ordination

  • Core & pillar

  • Hypertrophy & strength

  • Power

  • Recovery & regeneration

Following your complementary 25min introductory session an individual Programme will be designed around you and your goals, taking into account the above six key elements; any “known” common swing faults, and any past/present injuries.

 

You can then choose from the following options:

 

6 week COURSE (2x25min week) £300

4 week COURSE (2x25min week) £200

BLOCK of 10 (25min sessions) £300

BLOCK of 20 (25min sessions) £500
