How does it work?

 

The POWER PLATE® vibrations stimulate a stretch reflex muscle action, resulting in an intense workout in half the time of traditional training.

The vibrations cause millions of safe involuntary muscle contractions, which increases muscle tone and size. As muscle density increases, your metabolic rate speeds up, thereby using more energy.

In effect, the vibrations are your resistance. You’re training against gravity!
