ONE WEEK’S GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING ON US!

STUDIO EH1 offers a more tailored workout environment. Below, what makes us different.

 

  • GROUP PERSONAL TRAININGEfficient and intense workouts means you achieve more in less time – All sessions are 25mins
  • More focused whole body workouts with plenty of individual attention
  • No set sessions, different Personal Trainers with their own style means boredom is so not an option
  • No timetable of classes – book in, on the hour or on the half hour, to suit your schedule
  • GROUP PT sessions are delivered by 1 Personal Trainer to a maximum of 6 clients
  • Cutting edge training equipment in the hands of specialised Power Plate Personal Trainers
  • Unique atmosphere in which you work hard to get the results you want AND you have great fun in the process!
  • A totally different feeling from most gyms once you step inside the door!
  • Included in your Free Week will be our STUDIO EH1 BODY MOT

How do I get my Free Week?

Book in for your Free One:One Trial and simply QUOTE: FW123. You can then take us up on our Introductory Offer of one Free Week’s Group Personal Training.

The Free Week will start from the date of your first session AFTER your Free Trial and you can come in as often as you like, although for effective training we do recommend leaving one day’s rest in between sessions to allow your muscles to rest and rebuild.

The Free Week is only available to clients who have not trained at STUDIO EH1 before.

There is no obligation at the end of your Free Week but WE’RE SURE YOU’LL WANT TO STAY!
