EASY FITNESS sessions are aimed at the 60 PLUS market who want some stability work, to focus on strengthening the Pelvic Floor muscles and stretch and flex as opposed to full-on training. These sessions will consist of one Personal Trainer taking a maximum of four clients at one time.

 

We have designated Tuesdays and Thursdays as our Seniors’ Days. If however, these days and times are not suitable, you can of course be guided by our Trainers when booking in, as to the times of less intense sessions.


Tuesdays 11.00am – 11.30am & 3.00pm – 3.30pm
Thursdays 11.00am – 11.30am & 3.00pm – 3.30pm

 

For best results we recommend two 25min sessions a week.

FACT: It is proven that Power Plate® training is a safe, suitable and efficient strength training method for senior clients due to the low impact. In a typical 25min session both static and dynamic positions are held standing on and off the Power Plate®. Exercises include squats, lunges, planks, bicep curls, tricep pulls, pelvic bridges…and many, many more! Your sessions will be a mix of movement preparation, exercises, stretches, balance and co-ordination work – ending with the best bit Massage and Relaxation!

 

Our Trainers are passionate about Power Plate® and are living proof of the benefits. They will motivate you and support you every step of the way – nobody is left to their own devices in our studios. All sessions are taken by qualified Power Plate® Personal Trainers, either on a one-to-one basis, or on a one-to-a-maximum of four clients – so you are guaranteed the personal touch. More
