If you are looking to get your body in shape for the ski season ahead, or simply looking for a fun way to strengthen your core this winter then our Power Plate® Ski Fit Course experience is perfect for you. Available in 4 and 6 week courses, with 3 sessions a week, we promise to get you ready for that downhill descent!

 

Whether you are an expert on those black runs, or you are still sliding down the baby slopes, we will get your body physically ready for the ski season approaching.

 

Whether it’s a trip to the Alps or a short car journey to the Highlands, this Power Plate® Ski Fit Course will train you hard to get you in shape!

 

Our 6 week Personal Training course will consist of Pure Power Plate® in the first 2 weeks focusing on the whole body, with the remaining 4 weeks targeting the lower body and strengthening the core.

 

Our 4 week Personal Training course requires you to have high level of fitness to jump straight into 4 solid weeks of lower body and core strengthening.

Ski-Fit Course

A 6 week course pre-Piste for Power Plate virgins or a 4 week Expresso course for clients currently training at studioEH1.

 

studioEH1 6 week SkiFit course (3 sessions a week) £450

First 2 weeks consists of total body workouts
Remaining 4 weeks targets the lower body and strengthening the core.

 

studioEH1 4 week SkiFit course (3 sessions a week) £300

MUST have good level of fitness to jump straight into 4 solid weeks of lower body and core strengthening.
