Helen
Maclennan, Director & Power Plate® Personal
Trainer
Helen is from the Stornoway, on the Isle of Lewis. Her main passion is Squash, and prior to that badminton - Western Isles Champion – although there was probably only two of them in the tournament! After gaining a degree in Service Sector Management in Glasgow, she headed for London and drifted around the City for some 14 years with no real career direction until good friends, Peter and Jessica introduced her to the ‘power of the plate’. Subsequently transformed herself into a Power Plate® Personal Trainer/Business Woman and loves every minute of it! Ironically, for someone who co-owns a Power Plate® business she has a rather odd food phobia: can’t eat wobbly food!

Jessica
Winstanley - Partner
Director, The Life Style Institute, London
POWER PLATE® Instructor Level 3
www.tli-london.com
Jessica is the Canadian influence on studioEH1.
" Within a fast-paced working environment in the events industry, a few
years ago I began to suffer from lower back pain due to prolonged periods of
time at my desk, followed by prolonged periods on my feet at events. With my
athletic background, I was getting frustrated with the fact that I couldn't fit
a run into my day, an hour for yoga, and despised a busy gym; and then I was
introduced to the Power Plate.
In 3 months I had minimized my lower back pain, and had lost a stubborn 6lbs which I had kept from missing work-outs. From then on, I decided to devote my professional career to providing this service to others. I cannot recommend enough, to those with busy lifestyles and an awareness of their personal health, to take up training on the Power Plate."
Jessica in three words – SO NOT VANILLA
