PERSONAL TRAINING (PT)


One-to-one Personal Training. A tailored programme will be designed around YOUR OWN individual goals to optimise results. Ideally suited for clients:

  • Seeking to be pushed to the limits;

  • Looking for a more advanced training schedule;

  • Focusing on specific target areas…and who prefer the one-to-one personal attention;

  • Training on Sports specific courses – Golf, Ski-Fit, Kettlebells;

  • Focusing on Injury prehab/rehab;

  • Looking to take it at their own pace and/or senior clients;

  • With the prime aim of Cellulite busting.

SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING (SEMI-PT)


Treat yourself to a WHOLE BODY WORKOUT with our Semi-Personal Training option, whereby one of our qualified Personal Trainers takes a maximum of four clients through a 25min blast! Great variety, good banter, expect to be pushed!

 

Semi–Personal Training is ideally suited for clients:

  • Looking to be pushed and challenged;

  • Looking to meet like minded people;

  • Beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike, as a progressive approach is taken with all new clients;

  • Who like a bit of healthy competition!

SESSIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

 

Sessions start on the hour and on the half hour.

If new to studioEH1, please arrive 10 mins before your session to complete the necessary Induction documentation.
