ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Following an initial assessment of ability, an individual training
programme will be designed by your Power Plate® Personal Trainer
to push your limits and meet your goals. Through dedicated one-to-one
sessions, your progress will be monitored on an on-going basis.
With your commitment, and your Trainer’s guidance –
YOUR GOALS WILL BE ACHIEVED!
SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING
Semi-Personal Training sessions consist of:

a whole body workout

delivered by one of our Personal Trainers

to a maximum of four clients

all clients perform same exercises but no set routines – we
aim to keep you on your toes!

SESSIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Sessions start on the hour and the half hour.
If new to studioEH1, please arrive 10 mins before your session to complete
the necessary Induction documentation.
