It does come with a attachment that will fit onto a base ball cap BUT,,, I do not actually like wearing a CAP when inside and playing a video game... The product works, if you are willing to go through the frustrating and unintuitive setup process. I bought it to work with the Microsoft Flightsim 2020, and it does, once you spend 40 minutes lining up the monitor-mounted sensor with the one on your headphones.

A magnetically attached base facilitates an easy and secure setup, with adjustable legs to fit any monitor.The connections for it should actually be a couple feet longer as I had to get an extension to plug it into a USB port on my computer. Mike of their support team answered my e mail for support in less then 10 minutes and with my letting him take temporary control of my computer as I watch and he explained what he was doing and had me up and working in no time. He even went further and explained to me how to adjust a few different things. I wonder if it’s possible to create a better solution in 2020, but I also understand that it is not a simple as it sounds. My hope is that MSFS2020 will create a much larger interest in the sim genre, and spur the development of newer and more innovative solutions. Very expensive for what you get. The housing, mount, IR LEDs and USB cord could all be improved in quality.

The force of the magnet is less than the force of friction in the tripod's joints, so when trying to reposition the camera you end up just detaching the magnet. Separate installers for each simulator you have installed, no switching between simulators if you have more than one installed The only rub is that the software is not super easy to figure out at first, a lot of folks try it, don't get the right results because they did not take the time to llearn how to properly adjust it and give up (usually after calling it crap) but the reality is that it is very good and can produce fantastic results assuming you are willing to put the time into adjusting it all properly. The clip on the Pro Clip seems to be very cheaply made. It is not a strong spring clip nor is it made of metal. It is made of a cheap feeling plastic.

I use to for a couple different sim games and it is working very well.. Actually better then I was expecting it to. The Tobii also works as a Windows Hello camera so you can set it up to log you into windows automatically when you it sees you - very usefu but slightly creepy 🙂
