No excuses – it’s time to get motivated!
In a group of maximum 6 clients, you’ll be doing a whole body 25min workout. You can book in anytime between 7.30am – 7.30pm Mon-Fri and 9.00am – 12noon Sat – so there simply are NO EXCUSES! Once initiated, you’ll be pushed by our Personal Trainers right outside your comfort zone, with the emphasis being on Functional Resistance Training, and we can almost guarantee you’ll never do the same session twice! The banter’s great and you’ll meet lots of lovely people in the process!
For best results we recommend three 25min sessions per week, leaving a days’ rest in between to allow your muscles to rest and rebuild. Click for prices
